Acceptable Use Policy
SiteUp is for sharing things: invitations, menus, portfolios, school projects and experiments. To keep it free and safe for everyone, a few things are not allowed.
Not allowed
- Illegal content of any kind, under the laws of Türkiye or where it is viewed.
- Deception and impersonation, such as pretending to be a bank, a government office, a company, a brand or another person.
- Collecting passwords or payment details. Pages with login or payment card fields are not accepted, even for testing.
- Malware, including viruses, harmful downloads, crypto miners and exploit code.
- Spam, including bulk advertising pages and pages made only to manipulate search engines.
- Harassment, threats and hate, and publishing other people’s private information.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Sexual content involving minors, which we report to the authorities, and intimate images shared without consent.
Fair use of the service
Please do not try to get around limits or the security check, publish in bulk with scripts, or use SiteUp as general file storage or as a content network for other services.
Reporting a site
Anyone can report a site on the report page or with the small Report link on every SiteUp site. For legal requests, write to abuse@siteup.fyi with the address of the site and the details.
We review reports as quickly as we can. When reports about a site arrive from several different networks within 72 hours, the site is taken offline automatically until it is reviewed.
Takedown and repeat abuse
We may remove any content that breaks this policy, without notice. When content is removed, we keep a fingerprint of its files so the same content cannot be published again. Networks that abuse SiteUp repeatedly are blocked.
If we got it wrong
If you believe your site was removed by mistake, write to hello@siteup.fyi with the site address and your manage link. We will take another look.
