How can I convert HTML to a URL online for free?

How do I turn an HTML file into a link or a website?
Open siteup.fyi, drop your HTML file, folder or ZIP and press Publish. A few seconds later you have a live https link such as name.siteup.fyi and a QR code. The SiteUp Android app works the same way.
Is SiteUp really free?
Yes. There are no paid plans, no ads and no account. SiteUp is kept running by people who choose to support it.
What can I upload?
HTML, CSS and JavaScript files, images, audio, video, fonts and PDFs, up to 50 MB and 1000 files per site. You can choose one file, a whole folder or a ZIP. If there is only one HTML file, we use it as the main page.
How long does my site stay online?
You choose 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year, and you can renew it any time from My sites. When the time is up, the site goes offline. You then have 7 more days to renew it before it is deleted.
How do I change or delete my site later?
Open My sites in the same browser. Every site you publish is saved there with a private manage link. Keep that link safe to manage the site from another phone or computer.
I made a page with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. How do I publish it?
Copy the answer, choose Paste code and paste everything. SiteUp finds the HTML, you can preview it, and then you press Publish. You can also choose Make it with AI to start from a ready prompt.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Every site gets a name you choose on siteup.fyi, like my-page.siteup.fyi, with a secure https link.
Will my site show up on Google?
Only if you want it to. Sites are hidden from search engines unless you turn on Show in search engines under More options.
Why can I not publish a login or payment form?
Free hosting is a favourite tool for scammers. To keep everyone safe, SiteUp does not accept pages that ask for passwords or card details. Everything else that follows the rules is welcome.
